It is My Charity Survey calling... A nuisance company it is.

yes I had this one today. just calling to gauge interest in charitable organisations. When I started to tell him I wasn't interested he just started talking louder to speak over me. Far out. He got told where to go.

It went through to message bank but no message left. I suspect it is a charity seeking donations

Block them at once. These nuisance callers' mothers should have made their blokes perform coitus interruptus rather than acquiesce to spending nine gruelling months carrying these poo stains to term!

I rang back the number (07) 5391 1955 once but got disconnected

Bloke called regarding a charity?? Got my name and number from somewhere I’m also receiving text messages all from a Nambour exchange. Tell them to F off. Seriously these scum bags prey on anyone especially elderly.

Sama as another poster - when I asked questions the person got louder and spoke over the top of me. They kept saying my personal information wouldn’t go to a third party but it was to gauge interest for other charitable organisations. When I said that makes no sense - how can you help other organisations if you won’t give them my details - they just said “how about we just do t have this conversation” and hung up

Answered the call, but no-one spoke.

Called every day for over a week and never left a message. So now they are blocked.

Called us 4 times between 11;30pm and midnight. Whenever we picked up no one answered.

I answered (in the middle of dinner but thought it may have been a family member calling) they knew my surname and post code, refused to tell me how he got my details, but they "take your privacy seriously". Started asking a few questions about age, when I told him I was uncomfortable with those questions and how did they get my details, he refused to answer me and just started asking more questions over the top of me. Then when I asked that they remove me from whatever list they have, he just hung up....

I have a home phone that lets me give ring tones to different numbers. It took a bit of doing but I assigned one ring tone to everyone in my contacts list and left the default tone for all unknown numbers. We let the answering machine get them. If it is a legit call they will leave a message.

Same. “Charity”. Just on autodialer. No idea where they got my number though. Oh well. Number blocked. List getting quite large.

when they ring after 4pm i will not answer it was 6.30pm when they rang left no message so it wasnt important

Called twice on 15th September - no message left. Has just called again now on 18th and when i answered the call was immeidately disconnected. Would say it's a scam so have blocked the number
