Called back as knew my name, no answer. Scam

Called and asked for me by name = Odd , as not even knowing the foreign voice or number.
Without confirming myself I asked her who is calling please and she said multiple blasphemous comments and proceeded to hang up. I then called the number then and it took a long time to connect with no one answering, Second time I tried it would not even connect. This is definitely the most and Unsafe number and being operated potentially more than suspicious.
I suggest blocking and not answering has to be a Scam.

Scam caller says they are conducting surveys on behalf of Brisbane City Council

Call originated from Moranbah Qld but the asian person on the other end said she was from the Bureau of Statistics and was conducting a survey on population in our area. I am not sure what area she thought I lived in as she called my mobile. Obviously I didn't give any info and said no thank you.

I rang back the number (07) 4855 3901, spoke with someone who hung up right away
