3922 1011 keeps calling leaves no messages and hangs up when I answer. Annoying caller, not sure of the intent of this caller. Reported as SPAM and blocked

Caller: Suncorp Insurance Wanted to thank me for taking out a policy and asked if I needed receipts or documents sent out? I was perplexed as I normally just get emails for this type of info.
