Phone does not ring to be able to answer the call and it just logs as a missed call. Have logged up to five missed calls so far

Caller: Suncorp 2 missed calls today from this number with no voice messages left, so I Googled my way to this page and realized it might actually have something to do with my insurance, so I called Suncorp on 131155 and was told that their marketing team do follow-up courtesy calls to make sure new customers have received their policy documentation as the post etc is not as reliable in current circumstances. I started a policy with them early August so that all adds up, received my docs via email. Hope this helps
