late at night... logged in to get quote online then they call me because they've identified me as a priority client!

Youi can save me $350 per year on my premium but will only insure my car for half the agreed value with my current insurer. I won't be insuring with them

Youi insurance. It is a horrible way to do business that you ask for a quote online. They call you for pushing you for more information and insisting call you back to get the deal done.

It is a bad impression to a potential customer and for sure I won’t do business with this company. I hope their company can see this.

Spent time completing info for online quote to then receive a further phone call to spend another 30 mins answering all the questions I had already completed online and still providing a higher quote than most other options. such a waste of my time!

Very VERY disrespectful and unprofessional.. they were double my current premium rate and are actually very mischievous and sneaky to get you to do an online quote and I did not want a call back and yet they still did. To make things worse , another staff member took the call and gave me the terrible price and I said no thanks and that they are way way too expensive and I am still getting calls from them - I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM 😡

This is YOUI Insurance's number. Wanted to get a comprehensive car insurance quote through their website and if it was like any other half decent insurance providers you would be able to just see it printed at the end, with youi you go through filling in the details but at the end of the prompts you suddenly get shown that someone will give you a call soon. No thanks, I just want to see how much your offer is and don't have time to speak with your rep. It has been 2 days and they're still ringing

Entered my number on Youi's site for a "quick quote", only to get hit with an immediate call and SMS from this number. No quote, no warning — just aggressive follow-up. The site claimed it needed my mobile “to confirm it’s me”, but it was clearly just to push a call. Dodgy and spammy tactic. Avoid.

Entered my details onto Youi for a car insurance quote. Was immediately called by this number at 6pm and interrogated for 20 mins. I ended the call and requested I call back later when I arrived home. Kept calling me, even at 9pm. This was a horrible experience and traumatizing.

Yes, same here... $1000 more than my current account..... I guess they have to pay for their TV ads somehow..... BUT every time I have asked for a quote it has been way over anyone else. HOW do they stay in business....???

Badgering calls if you ask for an Insurance quote. When you say NO, they continue to call.

Like others, went online to get a quote for insurance. Got called and operator went through the same q's i answered online. Stipulated that I only wanted a quote as I was still shopping around for the best price for my individual circumstances. The fast talking pressure sell started, becoming quickly uncomfortable to the point of being harrassing, (texting and calling me back within a couple of hours to "chat" further about my decision - which I hadn't even made yet). Ended up blocking the number and found more affordable insurance elsewhere.

As others have stated getting calls about a quote online where they have to call you and then find the quote a rip off from other recognised insurance providers (maybe this is how they pay for stupid ads).
