Was trying out an online quote, got forced to talk to someone via mobile, then they quoted me DOUBLE the amount I finally bought from elsewhere. Now, they keep calling me with random numbers like this! Annoying as! whats the point of an online quote if they call u with the quote n u have to answer more questions only to given a quote that is double anyone elses Agree with everyone else. They are not cheap, their calling is harassing, and it was an 'online quote' which after seeing I knew I would not be taking up. Youi - unbelievable really. Bought a bike to ride to work leaving car in garage 5 days a week. thought youi would be cheaper. even with the car being locked up everyday 5/7 days a week, they wanted 600 more a year than AAMI. It's YOUI $200 more than my current car insurer rang me 10 times now . Go away too pushy Asked for an online quote. Didn't get it, but they got my mobile number and have phoned me dozens of times, including at 9:00 at night! Who do they think they are to harass people like this? I won't be dealing with this company again! Same deal as everyone else online quote then called straight away had to hang up as sales man didn't understand "quote" pressured for bank detail to finalise the quote
total of 8 calls from 3 different numbers, in the matter of a few hours oh and add 2 voice mails
I got a quote for full comprehensive for my 2014 Audi S3 they're price was $3,500pa so I thought I'd call AAMI and they're price was $1,640pa with a better agreed value... hmmm which one should I go with lol Youi can save me $350 per year on my premium but will only insure my car for half the agreed value with my current insurer. I won't be insuring with them To get online quotes, if possible use fake details Like everyone else, I went online to get a quote for my car insurance and instantly got a call from YOUI. They have called about 10 times since and I have just ignored it so far. I went back to their webpage and noticed that when you hover over Start a Quote (right next to Quote by Phone!!), the pop up says "If we are able to offer you cover we will call you to discuss out best deal" - wish I had seen that prior to clicking! Bad way of doing business YOUI!! I requested a quote - like most others more expensive than AAMI so told them not to bother calling me back and I did not want time to think about it.
What happens - they called me back. I then got several marketing emails. I eventually sent in a complaint (via online form) telling tem DO NOT PHONE ME. DO NOT SEND ME EMAILS.
What happened I got a call from (07) 3719 4800. AHHHHHHHHHHHH frustration. never going to touch YOUI again
Rang briefly then cut out. No message was left. And yes I did seek an “on line” quote from Youi recently, but like everyone else they called me straight away and after an hour on the phone I decided not to proceed. Now I keep getting these calls. Youi - my car insurance my home and contents insurance provider Youi insurance. I didn't renew my insurance with them as the price skyrocketed in the second year (that's how they get you right? cheap in the first year, then they bump it up and hope you don't notice and you just pay it). I decided to go with a different insurer and now they constantly call and leave voice mail messages and txt messages all day for WEEKS! I have told them I don't need their insurance anymore but they still keep calling. I asked them specifically to never call back and they go and call me at 8am, leave me alone. Youi is my car insurance provider said they would email copy of my quote only sent me their terms and conditions no mention of actual quote.. but in prior conversation had almost begged me to sign up documents unseen.. I was trying to get an 'onlin quote' from Youi and end up with a 15 mins talk! Their insurance is very expensive! Twice of my current one and more excess fee! I ask them do not give me any 'feedback call' but they keep calling me anyway.
