Caller: an indian claiming to be from Do Not Call Register Service

this time wasting twit never got to finish his scam call, I kept it going until I got bored. I started reciting info I found on the DNC register website and he didn't hang up, which is a first. Then boredom set in so I used one of the great Australian sign off suggestions and I hung up. Tried ringing back, no service

Caller: claiming to be from Don't call Register Department. Called me by my surname, recited my address and Postcode and told me that my phone bills by direct debit (which it is not) and could I confirm if my credit card end date had been changed. I told her I was not going to tell her that... she then hung up

Caller: Indian, said he was from the Call Blocking Centre

Wanted to know if I had been getting many unwanted calls lately. (Not many of late). He called me by my surname, recited my address and Postcode and told me that I paid my phone bills by direct debit and could I confirm if my credit card end date had been changed from 2019/2020. I told him I did not want to go there and hung up. He tried to ring me again and I did not pick up!

I tried to ring back the number (07) 3608 5579 but reached a silent voice mail

Caller: Unable to understand their name

Don't bother answering this number as they are very persistant scammers. Claim to be from the DNC Register then ends up insisting on getting C/card and bank details.

Got a call from this number ...I let the answering machine take it ....they hung up when they were asked to identify themselves...tired of scammers,

Person with an accent stated our phone number, name and address. Said that he was from the do not call register and that all calls would be blocked from tomorrow and that we would get something in the post. I advised that I didn't want the service as I was suspicious of the intent, but he persisted that he would now post some material. Possibly a scam to confirm the address for advertising or a nefarious ID theft purpose.

Scam caller stated his name as Rick Wilson,from an address on Pacific Hwy Chatswood Sydney, initially stating he was from the do not call registry service updating there details. Then asked for my debit card information expiry and start date number saying it was not bank details, I then hung.

Caller: Indian voice claiming to be from Don't call Register Department

It's a scam of some sort ...hang up

Picked up. No response than they hung up.

Got a call from this number. They asked for Mrs *** I said there was no Mrs *** here. She then asked if I was the owner of this phone number and I replied “why do you need to know that” and she hung up.
