I remember now Public Outreach was a team of people running a plea to extend the age of foster car for kids from 18-21 so they have a chance to get through university and be real adults before having to fully take care of themselves as adults - I signed a petition so that may be why they are calling

Says it’s a number for public outreach looking for donations for something or the other
