They hanged up before I could get to my phone, but I also received a text for a 2 min survey from the government, I get these after registering interest in getting a Covid vaccination, which I still haven't got, on the QLD gov website.

My wife's mobile phone rang then mine from this number.. Looks like from these comments nothing missed :)
