I called back the number (07) 3482 3609 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

This is the Narangba distribution centre for Australia Post and has a weird Telstra message that says you can’t leave a message. I found calling it back to back will get you through to their message bank if you call really early, I did this at 7am. Yesterday I tried at 12pm as they message said before 4pm but it didn’t work. I even went into Aus Post and they were the ones who told me to call really early. Very frustrating
