They are a 3rd party company hired by my landlord but who illegally issue invalid 3rd party notices directly to the tenant and then SMS and call and harras the tenant when they should not even have the tenant's private details and should not be contacting them directly under any circumstance.

I called back number (07) 3320 5675 reached IVR for a company called Smoke Alarms Australia.

lovl, stupid ppl. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers and sh*tty that my L/lord agent has passed on my # to these ppl. If they sent a text with details to enable me to verify their bona fides, they might have a chance. My ph # is for my convenience, not theirs.
