This is a legit company. Checking a transaction on my account. All they asked was my first and last name. They then told me the rest. They confirmed I had placed the transfer which I had done They approved it and that was it. Great service

Just confirming what other people here have said - this is a Fraud Protection company linked to my VISA debit card. I received an SMS and they held the transaction until I called to confirmed that it was indeed my intent to make the payment transfer

Yeah I agree. Definitely sounded legit to me. Asked if I’d just used my card, didn’t ask me to verify any personal details and knew exactly where I had done the transaction.

They were checking to see if a purchase was legit on my credit card. I had made the purchase but still glad that they called to check.

It's a third party fraud company linked to visa, he just looked up my details via the phone number, confirmed my name.
He had all he traction details.
My card had been fraudulently used, he notified me my card will be canceled he would email my bank to let them know, but that I needed to contact my bank to order a new card.
Rang my bank directly all good card has been stopped and a new one ordered.

Agreed. This is a Fraud Company check on behalf of my credit card, ...having been in IT i am well aware of scams but it seemed legitimate.
Called the number and was very legit...a very nice guy asked for my name only and gave me some details and asked if i made the transaction or was
aware of the company. I was.
Very happy to have this check, felt pretty secure. :)

Seemed like a very legitimate call. Knew the details of the transaction, just asking a 'was this you or not'. It's reassuring that this stuff happens

yes I agree my credit card's fraud investigation company and they did not ask me any questions that I was suspicious about, they just confirmed if I had made a transaction with a certain company, no amounts and they did not ask me for any personal details.

This plumber is an arsehole who loses his temper when the phone records prove he's overcharged you by an hour
He charges a first hour which incl his travel time ($120) and then an hour travel time on top
Charged 5 1/2 hours
He was here for just over three
Be careful to keep your phone records as he's a rip off artist

Got a text from a mobile number advising us to call this number regarding a possible fraud transaction on a credit card that is not even ours. Sounds dodgy to me
