Caller said they were from Harcourts Calamvale and wanted to know if I owned a home and was interested in selling it.

I believe this to be a spam number about insurance for superannuation funds. told them to hang on and wait, asked if they knew my fund provider and they stalled and told me to wait and hang on. asked them to wait while i talked to them to which they didnt. so i hung up while they where talking. I'm on the do no call register (i update it every 12 months) and still receive calls from within Aust.

Scary thing is when they call, THEY KNOW YOUR NAME. Must have obtained it from a database somewhere. Claimed to be independent financial advisors asking about my superannuation.

Called about printers and trying to organise a day to come in office to price match??

Just blocked the number. They called me 3 times in half an hour. Again, like everyone else they don't answer if you call back. They're now blocked.

Again stated was from Guardian Group, asking about my home loan... sounded international and had that delay when conversing... rang twice in 2 minutes.. I've blocked the number

Called me today morning. Didnt pick up. Called the number back and told me to leave a message. I blocked the number.

Called 8pm Friday night called me by name talked over me while I tried to ask questions. I hung up.

called me 10 times in one day, when I answer they hang up, I called back but just voice mail did not say what company is.

Started two days ago. Rang from my work number (which comes up as private number) states that extention 414 is busy leave a message. Didn't leave message just blocked the telephone number from my phone.

This number has called me many times this week and never left a message. I tried calling the number back and there is a permanent recorded message telling the listener that the person at this extension is not available and to call back or leave a message. I believe this is so they can trick you into calling from a NON PRIVATE number.They then have your number and know it is a bona fide number.They can easily get your details form white pages and use it for illegal activities.
