this number refers you to the 1300 775 946 number which puts you on hold for at least 30 minutes. There is no option under your VIP membership profile to cancel membership online so they continue to take money out of your account despite emails and requests to cancel.

Request for a call back? Still waiting for one. The last voicemail one refers me to phone number 1300 775 946.
Getting the runaround like me? I see many reviews show I'm not alone.

I rang this number today after many calls, they answered as RSL Art Union, I might add a VIP member, so having tickets sent in each lottery, for which I am happy for.
In this call, I requested they take me off their call list, they were only to happy to do this after verifying who I was by membership number & phone number & name.
No problem at all. Hopes this helps the other people who are receiving these calls.

Never had a problem with them. I'm a VIP member and support the wonderful job they do looking after our armed forces veterans.

The caller spoke in a foreign voice and said they were from the RSL but all previous communication has been by email so I hung up on the caller.

Bought one ticket recently & requested no further communication. Emails came too regularly so Insubscribed. Have had several calls from this number over past week & decided to answer today to see who kept calling & not leaving message. Foreign voice asking about weather in my city. I firmly requested no further phone contact unless to tell me of a win!

I’ve blocked them several times. They then leave voicemails. I’ve turned off voicemails. Now, somehow, I get missed call txt....aaargh Don’t think I’ll be acquiring anymore tickets from them. Way too stressful. Oh it took a year plus to stop the letterbox brochure.

I am an online VIP member because I don't like being hassled by phone calls.

I am very disappointed that as of late, I have been called by RSL on more than one occasion to see if I want to buy more tickets.

If this continues I may withdraw my membership altogether and block the phone number.

I am not permitted to answer calls whilst at work but when you are awaiting important health related calls and this happens, it is really upsetting.
