calls did not leave message

Yea some person rang , sounded like a drunk Scotsman so I told him I to was from the old country and I started raving in a Scottish voice. He hang up

Just received call at 10.30pm from this number. I have family in hospital atm. I'll give them what for tmrw! Tried calling back but dials out.

These pricks never give up, keep calling at least once a day but have missed the majority of the calls. Same old MVA scam. Makes me wonder how many people fall for it!

calls every day sometimes several times a day

I receives a call from this number lately, claiming they're placing a bomb in my house and I should get out of house or .... I wasn't quite sure what I heard so I ask him to repeat it again ... when I hear it the second time, I hung it up before he can finish his sentence as I know it's just another scam call. I lives in the country side and we have security camera installed, I would have know it by now if he were able to come and place a bomb in my house. Not to mention that we're not in any drama with anyone that could do such a thing to us.

This type of scam calls are getting rediculous. In the last 12months, I received countless calls from different numbers telling me that either myself or someone I know involves in a car accident and they need me to solve it out with them. However, they can never tell me the name of the person (or myself) whom they claims involves in the accident, nor can they tell me the date and place where the accident incurred. So I told them if they can't tell me the name of the person whom involves in the accident, and the date and place of the accident then I wouldn't know what's going on so then couldn't follow up anything with what they said. I also told them that neither me nor any of my close family/friend have involves in any accident in the last some years so stop calling me or I'll contact the police. Instantly, they become rude and tell me that they are the police and I am stupid! How come a police call you but don't know your name if you are the one they're trying to reach! I hand up on them and request them to stop calling, but they would call again with very rude tone so I just hang them up and wouldn't bother to explain or talk any further.

I am an asian myself whom imigrate to Australia for 15years and my husband is a lovely Aussie white bloke. I travel internationally for business a lots, I can tell the accent who called are more likely with South Asia, African or Middle East background. Not the accent of peoples with background of North or East Asia.

I hope the police authority could investigate and look into it.

Heavy breathing followed by sarcastic laughter then hung up. Someone, somewhere knows who these crims are as they gave them access to this (virtual) number. Time the government pulled their fingers out of their bottoms and took action to tighten legislation on the service providers as they seem incapable of self governance.

A woman called Natalie with a foreign accent who knew my name called and said she was phoning from AMS in regards to paperwork I had lodged from a recent traffic accident. As soon as I said I haven’t had an accident she hung up. I tried calling back and I got an automated message saying due to temporary services difficulties the call could not be connected at this time. Scam.

same number keeps calling a few times a week put them on auto reject in my phone after the first call same deal asking if id been in an accident put this number on auto reject but they dont give up lol

I have had this number call so many times lately that I got fed up and answered. The background noise was so loud you could tell it was a call centre of some type.
I then had a young rude guy ask me if I was “Mrs Charleston” I said no, who are you, why you calling. In a smart tone he said “why would you say no and then ask who I was”
I said because you called me who are you and what do you want. He said he was from a company called AMS then hung up. From the above comments I assume AMS means “accident management solutions”

Massive scam. Calling constantly even after speaking to them and explaining I needed them to stop. Said they were called AMS. Asking about a car accident I was in 9 months ago. But called the day of the 7 year anniversary of my ACTUAL car accident and triggered me. Then they name called and were horrible and rude. Hung up on me and called me useless.
Called back on SO MANY other numbers. Can't keep track because I keep blocking the numbers and they keep calling again on others.

Today a bitch of a lady called and asked for Miss Day, who I'm not.
I explained that; she snapped at me and gave me the speal, I informed her I had asked for them to stop calling etc.
She then name called and just before she hung up on me, so as she was hanging up on me rudely after I remained polite.... I heard he call me a "stupid bitch".
Worst scammers ever.

they keep calling and asking for a person with my previous married name over 10 years old now.

I've had repeated calls from these people, asking if I've been in a MVA, and when I say no, they hang up. Why can't Telstra do anything about them? I finally blocked their number.

Have had this number calling me constantly for weeks - with the same message about being in a car accident. Reported to ScamWatch. Have also called on numerous other Queensland based numbers with the same reason.

Had several missed calls from this number. Finally answered yesterday and all I could here was loud commotion like a sweatshop or kitchen in the background, then an Asian woman was screaming at me and couldn't say my name. I kept quiet and she hung up. Have blocked this number.
