Calls my phone every few days lately, hangs up

Bullsh*t numbers for telemarketing shouldn't be enabled by phone companies

this number has called me a few times and as all use hangs up on me and cant call it back

Has been calling on & off since 19/12/2012 when answered generally a hang up. Tried to call back on occasion sometimes engaged signal or recorded message "lines in this area are down" really annoying as could call hard line or mobile any time. What can be done about this?

I get about 10-15 calls a day from this number always just hangs up

I get at least two calls a day from this number. When I answer, the call is terminated. If I ring back, I always get an engaged signal.

I have now received three calls from this number and I can hear speaking and noises but they always hang up.

Has been calling me all week and hangs up instantly, try to call back and is always engaged... Who or what is this.

second time they have Called with no message left. When i call back it consistently says "all lines to area are busy"
