A robot left a threatening voicemail saying I would be arrested if I don't call back. No way!

sounded like Darth Vader saying I'll be arrested, then I called back it hangs up immediately. I'm calling scam

Got called to my mobile at 10:09 am WAST 20 Nov. 2018;
couldn't pick up the call, so I called back;
a male voice with a very STRONG indian accent told me - in english - that he was from the "ATO Investigations Department" (Yeah, Right !!!); I asked his name he gave me a name but couldn't get it, so I told him "Wait a sec please, I'm gong to take a note:"; a fraction of a second later he hang up :-)
MOST DEFINITELY a SCAM !!!
The Number however appears to belong to a legitimate company, "Atlas Health Australia", a Chiropractic business located at 2j/2 Flinders Parade, North Lakes QLD 4509, as a quick Google Search reveals.

They are trying to blackmail me
