Caller ID Spoofing. Call does not originate in Queensland nor Brisbane, probably from overseas. Calls leave only silence.
If you call the number, the outbound robot-voice recorded message with a female American accent (because all English speakers have an American accent /sarc) reads out a foreign phone number and area code.
