They have rung multiple times after someone who had previously had my number. I mentioned that he had the wrong number, and that I thought he was dead. I asked him to remove my number, so he hung up. I expect he will call again.

Spam Number. Claimed to be from NBN and will be disconnecting my NBN service. NBN is a wholesaler so it does not contact customers directly. I also do not have any accounts with NBN in my name. An internet search reports this number has been used for various spam calls and robot calls in the past.

Claimed to be from NAB and asking about a fraudulent transaction that apparently occurred on my account that morning in the US. Told her I didn’t have an account with NAB. She asked if my name was Mrs Donald. When I said no she hung up. Dodgy!!

Caller claimed to be from amazon and asked if I wanted to cancel my amazon prime account, which I never had. He sounded more angry about the fact I was going to be charged for my “amazon prime account” than I was. At the end, he was yelling at me for not understanding that I was going to be charged.

Didn't bother to answer this one that rang twice today but yesterday had multiple calls from virtually same number differing differing only by a few last digits. Obviously some sort of rolling number scam service. Those other ones wanted me to check my non existent Commonwealth bank details for unauthorised activity.

Caller: Spam caller claiming to be Amazon Prime

SPAM NUMBER!! Claimed to be from Amazon Prime advising my account was about to deactivated unless I paid $39.99. I stopped her in her tracks and told her I did not have a Prime account. She advised yes I do as she has called the mobile number under the account. I asked what the account NAME was under? Her reply "your name". When I asked "okay what is my name" she hung up!

Just happened to me too. Lady was so rude when I wouldn’t give her the new expiry date on my card I supposedly gave when I registered for Do Not Call (which I knew I hadn’t) and then hung up. Thanks for sharing this now I’m glad I didn’t get sucked in.
