Caller: Amplifon I have had several calls from this same number that disconnects when I answer. So today I rang them back after removing my caller ID. The person that answered confirmed they were Amplifon - hearing aid company. I suspect they may be using one of those dialing apps that call a number in their register but hangs up if no one is available to take the call. I think this is a nuisance as how many people would waste time and effort answering the call only to get hung up on. This is the same type of app that scammers use. I have blocked this number now.
