Allianz insurance following up a claim I made so its legitimate

Re the message below I just want to add that I received an email a few minutes after I had submitted it so it looks like the number is genuine.

Just missed a call from this number which would looks to be from Allianz. No message was left. I sent them a an email with two final quotes for the last claim I made in November 16 and I also cancelled my policy with them the other day. I am expecting a reply from them but I thought it would be an email so not to leave a message is a bit odd.
