When one fails to pay a debt to a bank they recoup there monies via insurance. The debt goes onto the stock exchange where a finance/debt collection agency buys the debt for 5,10, 20c in the dollar then they try through threats or bluff get the full amount owed, even charging interest! It seems they take no notice of the statute of limitations i.e. 7 years! They have no legal leg to stand on just intimidation and persistence!

I called back the number (07) 3017 3001 and reached vm that said I reached Safe Horizon Debt Collection

Have been constantly calling for months trying to get in contact with someone else. Borderline harassment and changes numbers constantly.

I called back number (07) 3017 3001 reached voice mail but did not say from what company.
