(07) 3015 8699 is a debt collection agency called "NRG" that buys old debts from banks, credit card companies, etc, etc. Don't imagine if you make an agreement with a bank that they actually agree! When they on-sell your debt to these guys you will have no peace.  We got an average of 10 calls a day even though the debt had been finalised. When you make a payment or payout agreement insist that they email you or fax you or write to you. Don't do anything by phone otherwise you cannot fight them. They insist on you complying with their demands but they will totally ignore yours. You will have to send them at least five (5) copies of the proof before you get rid of them and registered post is best so you have a record of them receiving it.

Constant calls, quite rude.  Won't say who they are?  harrassment..to say the least.
