I called back number 0491 695 606 reached voice mail for a charity company but did not say the name,

Has recorded message and email address if you want to opt out

Upon answering the call, they disconnect. Upon returning the call a strange 'you have called an answering service'-type bot starts. I disconnect at this point.
I have several repeat calls from this number.
