Foreign accents used my first name as my surname and tried to tell me about government rebate!

Received call, answered, no reply then hung up, I called back got telstra message this number not connected

called me every day this week, when I call back it goes straight to "Your call could not be connected, please check the number and try again.." or just nothing when someone answers

I've had this number call me once a day, for the last three days.
Never leaves a message.
Unusual. Will keep ignoring it

Called advising of government rebate regarding solar. Have had 5 calls in the last few days. If you call back advised the number is disconnected.
