Computer voice. Told me they were going to discount my account (I am not with Telstra!) press 1 to talk and 2 to discount

a recorded message said he was from Telstra and my phone would be cut off in 4 days. Wanted me to press buttons 1 or 2 to keep the phone or the internet. I hung up.

Recorded message: Telstra technical department - your internet will be disconnected today......

Caller: Did not identify themselves

When I answered they said “Hello, hello” a few tunes, then they hung up.

they hand there for 30 seconds and then hang up

said they were the technical department of nbn. took a few seconds to connect and they called me on my mobile
