Caller: Cash Direct

This is Cash Direct's no. They are relatively good company that offered me a reasonable loan over a lenth of time to reduce repayments on Newstart (Centrelink payment for job seekers). In saying this, once you allow them to start taking direct debit, instead of making a direct/manual payment, that won't really stop, even if you make a manual payment.. More relative to their caller credentials is the fact that apon "trying to contact you" as required by law prior to any further action, you would be lucky to hear your phone ring & if you do, it'll be less than max 3 seconds of ring time, prior to seeing a missed call notification & alerts of diff kinds warning of failure to pay, failure to answer, etc.. This may be seen as lawfully coherent & ok, but I'm sure that any other person (especially customers), would have the same thoughts as myself, being that this is highly unprofessional & it actually pushes customers away despite the outcome as its simply infuriating, therefore the customer, simply looses care & also on the simple basis that not all are able to make that call back, so it then is not just bout the customer, it's about customer service & if they actually wanted to get their money/repayment or cared bout their customers, they might actually try to have a call answered.. I would be one of those customers, who would highly recommend this company & prob would of given them a great recommendation & appreciation quote on Google, their website, this website, etc., for doing what they did & this not only giving me the money in need, but in the end rebuilding my credit rating (without any reason to, as I believe that good business, deserves good attention & feedback, therefore creating a even better business & customer pool). But the simple fact is that I'm still making payments, I'm not that far behind in total (if anything, due to being quite a bit ahead for a fair bit of time initially & it's only on the basis that I have literally been "smashed" recently with extremely unfortunate life experiences for eg. Homelessness, relationship breakdown, loss of family, health problems & so on. Which is my problem & I'm not pushing the blame, but we can only do wat we can do!)..
