I rang back to see who it was from. I presume, they were either doing a raffle or asking me to donate.
I have been getting endless calls from charities. Even ones I used to belong to and told them I lost my ob and can't afford it until I'm working again. I wish you could add charities and politicians to the "Do not call register". Should be our choice.

They call but when you answer they hang up. If you do call them back you get a recorded message "thank you for calling the National State Emergency Service. With support from people like you....." However, this is a scam.
