Caller: SMS allegedly about Australia Post gift card

I replied STOP' to opt out the got a reply saying that I have opted out, but that now 'Msg&Data rates may apply'.
When i called the number I got a Telstra voice saying the number is not connected.

They used 10 different mobile numbers and different hot offers each time just to let you click on the link when their attempt didn't work then they will call you!
