Scammers. Another number they use is ‭0488 822 904‬ so block that as well. Basically don’t answer any number starting with 0488.

After rew questions I asked, I found they are really unpro and they do not even know my name

Just repeated "unexpected fines, charges, policy changes" they cannot even explain what changes.

As per all the message here, someone from the 'National Review Team' who insisted in wanting to help me check changes to Super.

Started asking personal details like age group.

Hung up.

National Review Team called, they knew my name, started sprouting something about my super, told them to f#$^ off and hung up, not the first time either.

Called by "April" stating she was from a National Review Team. She advised the call was being recorded for quality purposes. Knew my name but wanted further personal generic information (to ID me) before being able to inform me if I would be affected by Super reforms that came into effect "tomorrow". Asked her to give me her number so that I may call her back and she hung up on me. Scammers.

Caller: harbor a guess at it being another scam

i have my phone set to silence unknown numbers so it just goes straight to my voicemail. they did not leave a message. after checking here i was right. yet another phone call from scammers. seems they only work weekdays though, i never get these calls on weekends. just block them (again!). i usually ring them back when everyone else in the office is gone for the day & i mess with them for a bit either imitating characters like the city wok guy off south park or rosco from dukes of hazard. good solid entertainment

I had a missed call from 0488 823 019, so I rang the number back and a voice message came back "The person extension you have called is unavailable, please leave a message after the tone"......I have blocked the phone number now.

They said they are national review team. An Indian accent on the phone, she even knows my full name. Said was regarding some super change. I hung up as I know they are fake. God they are annoying, I have a similar number 0488 823 018 keep calling me as well, like Three times a day. Now I block them.

they call, you answer and they hung up on you. What is the benefit here? I do not understand why every single day i get this type of call. And they tried my lane number many times as well as mobile phone. How do they get our number?

Caller: Super scam

Claims to be from some sort of fee review for changes happening to super tomorrow. Asked if I'd received an email from my super about it and when I said yes (could vaguely remember something like that) she seemed surprised. Asked if I was between 27-fifty something and if I had over $27,000 in my super. Polite scammer but clearly I wasnt her target 😂

National Review Board “ is this Michelle?” I said yes she said “huh ha” and hung up. I waited 5mins, called back and a man answered saying “thanks for calling us back, is this Michelle?” And the line was cut off. I’ve blocked the number & 2 others this week starting with 04888 - prior to this they were calling about it super fund changes affecting insurance. SCAM!
