Sometime I'm like a pitbull when it comes to finding out who in the world called me:
Nuisance Call, yes! If it truly is a political 'survey', then at least the call[er] should have the courtesy to let you know and not hang up after a few seconds of dead silence on the other end! I did as much research as I could and found below...
The most interesting thing was that the phone is owned by "Australia". Our tax dollar in action!

Calls then hangs up when you answer

I blocked the number and it still gets through

PEST caller repeat calls, supposedly impartial survey about the upcoming Election. ALL questions geared to get positive response to Labor candidates. BLOCK THEM.

They keep constantly calling my number, I have answered every time and stated my number is an after hours emergency business phone. They tell me that they will take my number off their call lists and I still receive 4+ calls a day

Rang back it’s a survey call, probably to do with the up and coming election .. keep getting these calls but from different numbers .. soo annoying.. I have blocked ..

This number calls me nearly everyday at the same time for 18 secs I dont answer and on the occasion my husband answered no one spoke bloody annoying have now blocked this number

Very annoying calling my mobile number and leaving no message. Where do these people get our mobile numbers, they are not listed in a telephone book.

They constantly ring my mobile even though l have blocked the number how do you get rid of these idiots??

Caller: Idiots wanting info on your voting choice

They want you do to a survey to know who you are going to vote for at the election in May 2019. It's biased towards alp. And they will continue to call you over and over

If the caller leaves no message, then I know for sure that the caller is no-one that knows me. I have had many calls from this number, today included, Sunday, FFS!

Some automated survey thing. Only answered as it came from a mobile number.

Call every week including on Sunday.

Blocked this crap and they still get through

God bless you and your family, set your mobile in Block mode/restricted mode, as the phone only will buzzing/ringing for who is in your phone book. If you are waiting for serious phone call from hospital/work/family, pretty sure you have stored those phone number in your phone book already. The others just let them have the screen on till the end, and you could set them to auto rejected number. They no longer to annoy you. (If you have issue, I pretty sure those telecoms people happy to teach to those., or just Google.).
I am pretty sure, if I have time, I may step up and play with the scammer. They would decrease time to pray on others.
