Hoax bank message

I received an unsolicited text msg from mobile number Ph: 0487 631 199 on Friday. It is from a scammer claiming to be 'Medicare'. The msg reads: 'Medicare - a refund for the last financial year of $3180,01 is now available, Visit: [adds scam website address here] to verify your account number and receive payment.' This is a scam, so please block and report this number if you receive a similar message.
