Text message claiming yo be daughter asking to use my card to pay for New phone.

I received a text from this number saying it was my daughter and to use this number as her phone had fallen down the toilet. I responded with bloody hell and tried to ring the number but no answer of course. Scam!

Message supposedly from my child saying they dropped their phone in the toilet. After a few text exchanges they ended up asking me for $1,800 to help pay a bill. It was then I realised it wasn't my child because they would never ask me for that much money
