Received a call 21/01/2016 from 'Customer Service' of ACU. Lady gave a quick spiel on call being recorded for quality. Asked if I had life insurance & final expense insurance. I asked what the final expense insurance was and she said, "it's funeral cover." I said that I'm all sorted for insurance thank you. She was polite, thanked me and hung up.
Received a call 22/01/2016 from ACU. Maybe the telemarketer wasn't ready for me to answer but his first words were "Angry Birds Burger". He then said, "hello, calling from 'Customer Service' just wondering how your life insurance is going?" I replied, "the same as yesterday when you called". He said, "we have never called you, must have been another company". Checked my phone records. Same number 0481 756 395 21/01/2016 & 22/01/2016.

answered the call and they hung up... tried calling back, someone answered but said nothing.

Two missed calls, no message, just annoying....

just annoying, answer the call they hang up on you, try to call back get recorded message and no one answers the phone
