Some phone hacking voice sampling scam from the sounds of it. No one talking on other end

Someone clearing throat (?) making extremely unsettling noises on other end. No speaking.

Called @ 8pm. No message

Beware no message left but a couple of days ago someone tried to call me from 0480 809 020 - BEWARE SUSPECT SCAM CALL

Called twice no message. Does anyone know this number?

Indian call centre, started his speel so I hung up.

Caller: I don’t know

Didn't answer. Didn’t leave voicemail.

No message left. Posting this because I find it helpful to know if others have received similar calls from this number. Makes it more likely to have been a spam call.
