I was previously a client. Since leaving, Hello Fresh keep calling.

Yeah I cancelled with them and they bombard me with non stop calls about “surveys and discounts” to try to bring me back onboard. I keep telling them that if I wanted to subscribe again, I will, and to stop calling me about me because my answer obviously hasn’t changed. They’re annoying as Hell, especially if you’ve already answered their darn survey.

Caller: They said hello fresh when I answered I cancelled they said I would get a delivery ? I told them I cancelled but rung today 6 times n when I answer they hang on but don’t talk? What the hell is going on ?

Are hello fresh playing games because I cancelled orders ? But was thinking of getting back but after today ? NO BLOODY WAY they can get their staff to make nuisance calls all day ?

Just called me. Was a mobile number. I was expecting it to be someone else. Guys voice asking if I was *my name*. As soon as he got confirmation I heard waiting music which is ridiculous. If this is Hello Fresh like the other comments say, this is a disgusting approach. Use a business number or some other channel that's less annoying and legitimate looking. With the abundance of phone scams going on, this adds fuel to the fire as it looks like one of those.

Its HelloFresh trying to get member back to the program by offering discounts. I have asked why is the number a normal mobile number, they mentioned is due to the automated system. During the call didnt give them any details instead ask them to answer it, since if they are real they should have the data anyway. Which they do. I guess the catch is they have set the date that the program will kick back in, and if we forget to cancel, we will be charge for that week, but if not we will just have 3 weeks of discount. So could be a win win situation.

I have getting calls from this number daily. Today I answered and they hung up when I answered.

This number called and then when I answered they didnt say anything. I called back and the number failed

They did not leave a voice message. I recently cancelled my HelloFresh subscription aswell, so I agree it MAY be them… or it could also be a scam centre, pretending to be HelloFresh. Unsure which. Either way, be careful with the details you give them and make sure to verify their authenticity first if they do claim to be HelloFresh.

They hang up as soon as I answered

Hung up when I answered, heard background talking like a call centre perhaps.

I answered and it just played hold music. A scam?

Tried to call back - Call failed

Unknown caller - no voicemail left

random call, unknown caller and no voicemail left

Rang and no voicemail left.

Have rung on a couple of occasions now,no message left,probably sales or scam.
