Not a scam, just a number to get feedback on service and meals.

Agree that it was probably Hello Fresh. I cancelled with them recently so they probably are spamming me now for feedback or to rejoin

I didn't know who it was but I realised I'd been called by the same number before, a couple of months ago. I spent a solid ten minutes in that previous call so I concluded that it probably wasn't completely spam. Came here to realise it was Hello Fresh – which checks out – and now I'm especially annoyed because I cancelled like 6 months ago after being a customer for 2+ years and I am still getting emails, I got a PHYSICAL letter in the mail last week that they made it extremely hard to opt out of ... I'm so tired and there's nowhere on the website to explicitly tell them to leave me tf alone.

I cancelled because I'm disabled and can't cook anymore. I was hoping to possibly resume the subscription in the future. Certainly not gonna do that now. You used to be cool, Hello Fresh. :(

This number has called me three times today, each time hanging up after one ring (before I could even answer it).

A couple of months ago Hello Fresh called me from a private number offering me a decent discount if I signed up again (as I'd cancelled several months earlier). I accepted but kept 'skipping weeks' as I wasn't going to have time to cook every night, and then I cancelled again a couple of days ago (because I was worried I'd eventually forget to skip). Based on the comments here it sounds likely it was Hello Fresh harassing me again.

I am not averse to receiving emails from them but if they're going to harass me by phone they're essentially making sure I never sign up with them again.

Didn’t answer with all the scams going around and looked up number, yep hello fresh again who won’t leave me alone. I canceled just under a year ago and they still pestered me. After 3 boxes in a row being left on side of road instead of at front door making meat go off and refusal to refund I left. Haven’t had an apology and they seem surprised every time I tell them that’s why I left. They don’t care about customers just harassing them for money.

the person claims from Hello Fresh. I did subscribe before but stopped a few months ago. I tried to verify the guy and asked him when did I receive the last Hello Fresh box. He could not answer and hanged up the call immediately... very suspicious...

Agree with everyone. Most likely Hello Fresh as I cancelled my subscription about a month ago.

likely Hello Fresh per the messages here. Just got through being annoyed at another SMS from them despite having opted out of SMS marketing (with the message above that one in the trail confirming i had opted out!!)
Starting to feel harassed, and blocking this number.

Answered - it was Hello Fresh trying to get me to sign back up again - HARD PASS after having off food sent to me.

At first, the number seems scammy, but it's not. It was a HelloFresh customer service representative, I felt kind of bad for them because they were nice to me and, as annoying as their job is, they were just trying to get their job done like the rest of us. So I did the annoying survey he wanted me to do but then ultimately cut him off when he tried forcing discounts on me so that I would reactivate my subscription.

It’s HelloFresh trying to get you to sign back up. Unfortunately if you say no they just go ahead and reactivate your account without your consent 3 weeks later, so best not to answer.

He would NOT tell me what he wanted. I was busy and so kept asking what he needed and he wouldn't answer but told me twice he was "Mark" from "Hello Fresh".

My phone automatically blocked this call, by the comments must be hellofresh as I have previously been a customer last year, i remember it being annoying to cancel but did so without the need of a phone call. If my phone thinks even their number is a scam call then I'm glad I didn't get it, their online advertising and marketing is enough alone. Don't drive your customers away by being needy weirdo's...
