called asking if i lived at a certain address, address details were correct but apparantly they where looking for some one else but when i asked who they were or what company they work for or how they managed to get my phone number based on my address the would not provide any information about any of those queries.

Asked me if I knew a person. Had my first and last name. Asked me to take down his number and pass it on to this person, said it was a personal issue. Had a British accent was very insistent and would not disclose what it was about or if he was associated with a company.

I had a call from a male calling himself Javen. He quoted my address and asked if I knew the neighbor and quoted my neighbors name and address and asked if i could get them to call Javen on (02) 8836 4356 however the call came from phone number 0480 039 412. If this is a scam what are they trying to achieve? I am concerned about how they got my details and feel it wasn’t legally 🤔

Caller (Damon) gave me my neighbor's house number and name (who I am don't know) and asked me to deliver him a note in his mailbox requesting him to call (02) 8836 4344 asap. The caller knew my name and address.

Person called Ashley with, claiming they have an issue for my father, had his name, I asked for her company and who she is representing, she claimed my father hadn't nominated anyone to be given that information, trying very hard to sound convincing and professional, and frankly, doing a very good job at it. Very scary scam, these people should be ashamed of themselves, be on the lookout.

Called asking for my neighbour's phone number. Knew the street I used to live on.

Called had all info even for a place i no longer work at i got notified by a friend who still works there. Looking for my neighbour also called my partner. Has called 4 weeks in a row. number is now blocked but this in on the point of harassment. he said he got our info by searching who our neighbours neighbours are. either got this info through hacking or is a legal representative. but if it was a legal thing surely they would get the cops involved not the neighbours....

Received a call from this number. Australian woman, well spoke, knew my name. Was asking if i knew Christopher Davis. She wanted a message to be given to him. She claimed she got my details from his FB page. She only claimed she was from a company in Sydney but didn't give any further details.

This number has been ringing my number and all my family looking for my cousin looks like they are a scammer

Received a strange call today….A woman who knew my first name asked me if I had the phone number of a person I was once friends with on facebook…..she said they were trying to contact him, I told her I have no contact details for him and am no longer friends with him on socials……..shes said thank you and appreciate your honesty and hung up

Called about looking for a Facebook contact of mine. Would not give details just a private matter and would give no more than first name said it was Ashley

Looking for personal information of myself and would not identify themselves other than “a private company in Sydney”.very suspicious
