Indian accent man said is from legal assist and the call is about an accident I had and was asking if I speak any other language?
I don't have a car so I said I will report his call to police and he started laughing and said go ahead.

Scammer from overseas call centre. Say they are a "legal service" calling about a car accident you had and that they got your info via medical and insurance records (yeah right lol). Every question you ask them about when/where or anything gets ignored and in response they rapidly ask questions of you trying to probe you hard for personal information.Classic scam.

Car accident insurance scam

A person from this number just tried the 'car accident thing with me too. I don't answer numbers I don't know so I let it ring then I call back from a private land land. Sure enough a voice just said 'hello' - not a way a employee from a company would answer. when I asked what the rego was, his name and contact details - he panicked which confirmed it was a scam. I have blocked the number.

I rang back as I was waiting for a called from a medical facility. These car crash scammers ring my home phone regularly but the have never rung my mobile before. The same old call about someone having had an accident.

Scam, car accident. Hung up when I question the legitimacy of legal assist.

They are still at it. Foreign accent, claiming I had a car accident and it was not my fault. I asked what date this happened and she could not tell me. Number now blocked.

These people prey on innocent people who have been injured promising a payout. I have no idea what they hope to get out of it.

The usual whether someone had accident in your household? I shouted and told her that I know the trick and never ever call my number again and then cut the call.

If anyone get the call from this number better not to answer.
