Definitely open university. I made the mistake of looking online for a course and it makes you put your number in to see ANYTHING. Basically so they can endlessly call you. Ugh.

Wouldn't tell me who she was calling on behalf of until I confirmed my name. Had a bogus sounding personal name as well. No other info other than asking for personal information

Like several others, I made an enquiry about some Open University courses online. Asked to give my name and phone number to get more info.
Now I am being called every day by so-called "experts" to help me. No message left after the first one. Posting a comment for a second number 0480 033 408

Yes definitely Open Universities. Made the mistake and entered ph# on their website to get information on a course.
They called twice a day for three days on 4 different numbers (as I starting blocking them).
BUT if you simply answer once and ask them straight up to remove you from their list as you are no longer interested, they will. I have not received a call since.

They offered me cheapest courses and universities in Australia. I think I made a mistake cuz I was searching available cheapest courses. I told them my husband's university name.

Like everyone else said you have to put your number in to see anything and then they call you endlessly this is the second number they’ve called on.

Open universities. They attempted to call me four times IN A ROW on a different mobile number. After I blocked that number, they had the audacity to use this number to reach me. The heckling is really off-putting.

Robotic voice from Amazon telling me I've got around $800 outstanding on my account. Tries to take you to an operator who tries to scam money from you.

Made the mistake of putting my real phone number in to get the course guide emailed

this guy called me 5 times, each time changing his phone number (the last number) when i blocked him. didnt even sign upto any open universities...

Like everyone else, I made enquiries to Open University and keep receiving calls from this number and other similar ones too

I've been getting repeated calls from these numbers the last few days, just the last digit is different. Today they finally left a voice mail identify as Open Universities. I have not engaged with this organisation in any way and certainly never provided them with my phone number.

Learn to read before you click, folks! The form on their web site does ask for your name, e-mail address and mobile 'phone number - but you're not forced to supply the information! Just click on the "Continue on my own" link instead of submitting the form, and everything will become available to you WITHOUT having to give any personal details.

i answered and spent 10 minutes on call with this lady who said she could find me unicourses i would enjoy.... and then she asked for my tax file number..... that's when i hung up.
