Wanted my details and address to do a 20 minute survey at my home for a $50 eftpos gift card, I asked how they got my number they said I applied for mystery shopper, I asked what the topic was , he said it was a lifestyle survey, I said how would it be worth the companies while to come to peoples houses for 20 minutes? I asked him to delete my name and number, he kept talking so I hung up. company does not appear to be registered with ASIC. Have blocked number.

I got two calls in the same day and absolutely harassment! The lady on the other line has Philo accent. Block the number right away.

I tried this before. It was actually legit that they will give you $50 dollars for a 20 minute presentation but they are trying to sell something and will give you the best offer.

I’ve got multiple calls from different numbers (because I kept blocking their numbers) and all claimed they are from Survey Hub. What a joke!

I rang back the number 0480 027 261 once but got disconnected

Didn't answer - just nothing even though I said Hello a couple of times. They eventually hung up after 37 seconds - I timed it. What do they get out of this?

I answered, they hung up. I tried calling back and received a recording saying this was an Outbound number and I was being contacted by an Australian Charity.

got a call from survay hub. they said i agreed and willing to join to take their survey, and in return, they will give me 50 dollars in cash. i told them i never signed up for this. they just continued talking and want my address. and ask for what time people are usually at home and how many people is in the house because they need to send people to my house for the survey.... and when i ask for social distancing, they hang up.... really suspicious

Have been contracted several times by survey hub. Usually at night. Last night I asked them to remove my information and said my number is on the "do not call register". They kept asking why.. i said I don't do surveys.

Different people using the same scam. Refuse to let you speak, won’t listen when you say remove my number. I now just put the phone down and turn the tv on till they hang up.

ITS NOT SCAM! The company is SURVEY HUB. The project is, you will give your honest review in a 20 minute presentation. The presenter doesn't have an idea that she is being reviewed. And then they will pay you 50 dollars after giving your opinion through email. Its LEGIT because they will send the 50 dollars gift check on your address. That's why they don't need any credit or bank details. Although 50 dollars are small, good thing is, it is LEGIT & SAFE. They went to our house AUG 11 2020. Here's my number 0422 638 775, ask me anytime.

Same scam said $50 survey only 15 minutes at my house then I review product online
Asked for household salary I refused but sadly I gAve my address as he knew my name etc. feel like a jerk now

Has anyone give them their details over the phone? And has anyone been scammed?

Got the same spiel today from 0412 808 401, claiming to be SurveyHub.
I rang back and got an auto recording that the number has been disconnected

I got the same spiel about doing a survey for a $50 eftpos card but it was a slightly different number 0480 027 398

Don’t know how they got my number, call centre algorithm? Number came up on my phone a few times during the day, I rang back and auto message said it wasn’t in service. My partner complained about a cold caller she spoke to from The Survey Hub which didn’t sound legit, and we realised it was same caller. Block this number!

Left details & told id be part of a market research. Knew my name & number. No show or details as promised. Dont answer this number.
