Seriously how many numbers do these people have and use. Selling advertising apparently with police neighbourhood watch. So far I have at least 8 different mobile numbers blocked with these people

Called by number. Said it was Home affairs and warrant out for my arrest. I hung up!

Scam caller pretending to be from the federal police asking for a donation and in return have your business placed in a magazine.
Fake. Block the number.

The federal police would not be asking for ad sales

Another Aussie male in his 50s, this time wanting donations towards the "Australian Police Institute". Googling the name brought up nothing, googling his number brought me here. Scam!

He said his name is John calling from the police service and then he was asking if I wanted to advertise. Just a pain. I blocked this number they called me twice today.

I got the call saying he was from the federal police and asking if I wanted to advertise in the pamphlet they were producing to help raise funds to support the women officers with any mental health issues as we all know how important support is. He knew my name and the name of the party plan business that I work with I told him I would have to think about it and he said he will ring me again tomorrow. So we will see if he does.

I didn't answer, but only range three or four times and stopped. No message left.

This guy called and said he was calling on behalf of the police and neighbourhood watch. But said there was nothing wrong. Then asked me for my name again. I said you called me and that you knew my name off a website. He then hung up
