I did a free health insurance comparison on a website and now they are calling me every day. I tell them that it is my prerogative to call them if I am interested in anything. One lady told me I 'can't just do it' myself. Well -- I got news for her. I CAN deal directly with any health insurance company I want to without them. Probably afraid they wont get their commission. So it is legit number etc -- but the are doing the pain in the neck marketing strategy and I dont like that nor feel kindly towards this kind of marketing.

I picked up this time (they've been calling me with different numbers every day) and they hung up.

I get these calls all the time. I answer but say nothing then they hang up. I then block the number,

I have set my mobile on DO NOT DISTURB, under allow exceptions, i have set up favorite contacts for CALLS, and all contacts for messages. That means,
not even every contact can call me when i am at work, but favorite ones ... all other calls I am not interested, therefore, I will never hear when spammers or marketing agency calls....BEST... if some person needs me, they can send message, if important I will call back or message back SIMPLE and effective..

I called back the number 0466 629 259 and spoke with a lady that said I reached health insurance comparison

Like other people on here I stupidly did an online Health Comparison quote. Never again they phone daily from different phone numbers even though I have told them twice that I have already signed with an insurance company. So now they phone and then just hang up.

Just another call from a Health comparison site. They call me every day and don't leave a message. Every time I google the number I end up reading all these similar stories. I've blocked this number also.

They constantly call my TTY (Telephone Typewriter for the hearing impaired) never leaving a message

I've been getting calls from this and several other numbers since I completed a health insurance survey from a seniors check your health insurance website.

Since this was a spam call and my number is on the do not call list, a complaint has been lodged with the ACMA

I don't normally answer these calls but since I was expecting another call potentially from a number I didn't know, I answered. The caller asked if I was Annette and had I requested a health comparison for HSBC. When I responded 'no' he hung up on me. I haven't visited any health insurance websites nor have I been looking to reassess my health insurance options - probably on a list of numbers that some unscrupulous person has sold. Now blocked - just waiting for the next unsolicited approach like this
