Caller: IDENTIFIED THEM SELVES AS “LINKT"

20 October 2022 I received text. from this number to my Telstra prepaid

message was :

"LINKT: Your Sept bill is overdue, pay it or face more fines . gives link :

https://cutt.ly/QBMkXcJ

Telstra sent note to say it maybe spam but Telstra dont block it .

I guess if I clicked on the link it takes me to where hackers are ?

or it is just telling the spammers ( are they telemarketers ???)
this number is active and the subscriber ( foolishly ) responds
so they can call the number knowing some one will respond.

appreciate any input you may have.
