Holden had no access to the money at any time other than to raise funds for the club and the kids cancer mob make a wish with our poker run that was supported by many clubs and carried over to another club when in mass we all left the Patriots due to internal politics and the fact the national President a person called Gadgets one Mr Denis Tipping a member of the Victorian police covert operations branch was using his position it attend outlaw MC functions to gain intel, a fact he publicised in a national police magazine and which got a lot of young servicemen bashed by outlaw clubs thinking they were cops.
So get your facts right. Not just spout off crap.
And I was a founding member of the Patriots DFMC as it first was in Sydney along with Huck and several others.
And no one from that organisation is chasing Holden for anything.

Hookie June 7th, Holden never had the cheque book for the Qld chapter it was held by a number of members in that position of treasurer and it was a case of 2 out of 3 people to sign a cheque to make it valid.
All paperwork and finances were controlled by the President, Secretary, and Treasurer all three of them were the signatories on the account. Holden was never in any of these positions so he could not as you are suggesting take and use for his own gain any funds of cheques from the Qld chapter of the club at that time.
So if you are going to name drop our organisation please have the correct facts before you do.

My my how Rian has got his panties in a twist over the latest allegations, he can't handle being lied about it seems and is going to extremes to provide facts to prove his innocence. I find it fascinating and what a co-incidence, considering he had no qualms in the false accusations he made about others on here that were disproven. Is this a taste of his own medicine? I think it is and I somehow don't think he likes it. Hopefully it's a lesson learnt. What goes around comes around and he just got his served to him. I honestly don't know the details of why Rian Holden isn't allowed unsupervised contact with the girl. But someone, somewhere, took out the order against him. Maybe it's that court order from February this year issued at Ballarat. Main thing is he isn't allowed access.

I find it hilarious that Rian's fan club (the supposed bruce duncan, cruisin by and whoever else are on his side) seem to be getting quite riled up in his defence, I have never seen so many people be so loyal in their defence of someone else who is to one a friend, and the other a mere supposed aquaintance. Bindi is absolutely right about Peter Carroll and the sort of person he was. Carroll met Holden when they were both members of the Patriots in Queensland. Carroll had to hightail it out of the state when it was found out he wasn't a veteran. Holden also had to leave the Patriots as his veteran status was bogus, but when he did he took their cheque book and paid of a few debts first - his own that is. They are still trying to find him.

I believe Rian is being alleged to have an upcoming court case? I think this is karma at work, if the statement is untrue as is being claimed.
