James Smith, are you the same James Smith who is a prison officer, and also an ex member of the Patriots Motorcycle club, and also the short lived Comrads Motorcyle club.
Are you one of the former executives of that Comrads MC, and going to use your status as a member of such a club to gain intel for the police in Victoria on the activities of outlaw clubs.

The truth of the matter is that Kim kicked Holden after he came home with an STD. Apparently he had been frequenting street prostitutes in Ballarat. Picking them up and having sex in the car in a quiet park somewhere. Unfortunately he brought home a little more than he bargained for. what it seems here is we have a woman who has systematicly defrauded the department of Veterans Affairs claiming a disability pension for many years, and now a person who supports and participates in active animal maltreatment by starving and feeding poison to a defensless dog.

Has anyone followed what is happeneing on a facebook site called Sweet Shepard Rescue Australia Inc.
Seems this lady has deliberatly starved a white german shepard that belonged to Holden so that it now weighs 20.1kg instead of the 45.0kg it did when he walked out.
Who would do this to a defenceless animal, also there is a hint this poor dog was systematicly poisoned with Rat Sack over a prolonged period.
Seems she is going to be charged with animal cruelty by the police and RSPCA, after the woman who has the dog has filed a complaint.
Fair enough go for the bloke but leave the animals out of it, what a c*nt act on this womans part.

You seem to know an awfull lot about things, but I do believe that if a person defrauded a school PnC then police charges would of been brought by both the school and the Education Department.

The owner of this company Kimberley Nikita Kennedy ex seaman cook fron HMAS Cerberus is being investigated by DVA and Com Super for claiming a military pension for being permanantly incapacited with the following accepted conditions.
PTSD: Yet never served outside of the cookhouse at HMAS Cerberus.
Depression: from alledged bullying at same establishment.
Adjustment Disorder: again suposedly linked to the above.
Compartment Syndrome: linked to her time at recruit school marching.
This woman has been running a company since 2009 that is earning almost $400.000 per year and almost 70% of that is cash in hand.
She has been getting this pension and doing this since 2008, by supplying medical certificates every three months from Dr shopping, saying she could not work because of her accepted conditions.

There was no police check done by us on Rian, he supplied a valid check and other documents that were checked by us and proved to be genuine not fake.

The facts Rian has not resigned from this organisation and is still a valued member.
The kangaroo court attempted by James failed as James failed to produce anything to back his wild claims.
