Text message rrquesting NBN feedback on the promise of potentially recieving a prize (link in msg). No company name in text either. Never had nbn, so I'm extremely sceptical. Rating as scam/fishing. Click link at your own risk. Text message: nbn kindly requests feedback on your experience. You could win 1 of 5 $500 eGift Vouchers! Click https://nxt.to/bwxYfn. To opt out reply STOP to 0457 062 602 - the website is false and the number a scam. This is a SCAM Caller: nbn
I believe this is a legitimate message from nbn. Received this message 2 days after my nbn was installed: "nbn requests feedback on your recent nbn technician experience. Pls complete this 1 min survey here https://nxt.to/*******."
Upon clicking the shortened link it took me to a personalised page on https://yourexperience.nbnco.com.au/ where my address was displayed with 4 very short questions about my recent nbn experience.
To future posters: probably best not to post your personalised link as it shows your address, lol...
No, its a SCAM. I got the message and haven't had a technician experience since NBN was fitted 2 years ago. 2 x text messages with link to "feedback" and phone number to opt out.
NBN do not contact persons unsolicited, expect is a phishing scam.
Despite what people are saying here, it's a legitimate text from NBNco. Easiest proof being go to the url in the message, it links straight up with NBNco's website, HTTPS and all. more spam UNWANTED We just got NBN and then got this same reported SMS Survey shortly after, listing our address. Thus, appears very legit, apart from the nxt.to short URL (.to is for domains in Tonga). My advice is that if there's a 5% chance something is a scam, then assume it must be. Assume the scammers are getting smarter. If a company with the resources of NBN creates a customer experience survey of doubtful provenance, then they are incompetent and do not deserve the requested feedback. The origin of this survey (the source number and the link URL) is doubtful, so assume it's a scam or NBN is incompetent. Either way, play it safe and DO NOT click/respond. I got a message on my mobile phone":
nbn would like feedback on your experience. You could win 1 of 5 $500 eGift Vouchers. Click https://nxt.to/thbmatb To opt out reply STOP to 0457 062 626
My guess is it's a scam

Legit NBN survey. I sent a tweet to Twitter verified @NBN_Australia (blue tick Twitter profile), and a staffer said they do this. Survey is long (scammers keep it simple) and didn’t ask credit card details (asked address of nbn connection if any and name and email for prize draw, already knew phone number as survey sent by text).
Now if you think it’s a bit of a scam for govt.owned nbn to be spending taxpayer money surveying random people, then that’s a different matter...
I regularly get this text saying to click on link or reply with STOP, not doing either as we don't have nbn. Telstra even gave us a credit as we were paying them for nbn but not getting the service in our area. This is a SCAM and if you click on link or reply they have your phone as active number and will onsell to other scammers. Even those that click and say it's legit anyone can make the link LOOK legit - doesn't mean it is. Why would NBN send a text when NBN is all about Internet & emails?????? IT'S A SCAM.
Same as other posters. It's 100% SCAM.
I have received this message a few times. I NEVER click on the link just deleted it.
Tried to block this number but there is no option!
the web address has the domain code .to which is Tonga. The NBN has a website based in Tonga? Would you like to buy the Sydney Harbour Bridge, I can get it for you cheap! 0457 062 626 received message from this number claiming to be from nbn, as i live out in the bush so dont have nbn so must be a scam Received today so the phone number/scam is still 'live'. Caller: NBN (apparently)

I looked up the website and it took me to a survey page asking to answer a few questions. The first question they wanted to know if they had my correct address. I got to thinking why wouldn't NBN know my current address. It was showing my previous address, but I didn't have the NBN on then. So alarm bells rang! Please don't be fooled, be constantly vigilant against these SCAMMERS!
Caller: NBN feedback Txt
NBN Feedback on technician experience cannot be opted out. This number cannot be blocked. Its an unethical business that follows unethical means to obtain information further more I have requested no mobile phone contact and Telstra has released my number.
Don't use the opt out option - as it just confirms that your number is active - And the scammers will on sell your number - Just use your phones block function Caller: NBN
It is legit. Do the survey and let them know just how you feel about the so called NBN "Service".
It is one way to at least have your say, even if nothing changes.
