I called back the number 0451 153 913 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

Robotic voice saying my ebay account was credited $299. I hung up after.

They told me they were from the Australian Institute of Research if that helps.. same as above, asked about age, income and said they were offering Australian government tax incentives.
