Claimed to be Foxtel stating that current offer is abut to expire and need to veiw offer. Do not have an offer from Foxtel thus treat this as a scam mobile number.

All messages I received were legitimate. This is obviously an SMS Gateway used by many organisations including government organisations. This doesn't necessarily mean other people could not use it nefariously.

The message says
I have a scheduled appoinment on the xyz time and date , i have booked in hospital for appointment. It also provides a link on clicking that it opens up nsw page to accept or change or call clinic etc options.
I got confused since i have the appt scheduled on same date and time

sent me an exact copy of a message I recieved three days previously from an employment number, but without the employers name coming up

Received a message saying “Your script is ready for collection at Chemist Warehouse (redacted). Do not reply.” Redacted was my local Chemist Warehouse. I had no scripts available for collection however a family member did that same day I received the message. She asked them if they had mistakenly sent me a message instead of her and they had no record of sending me anything in 8 months. Text did not contain any links nor phone numbers to call and confirmed by local store that they did not send it but very strange that it used my local store which is not a common/large Chemist Warehouse.

Received a text from this number saying my Sullivan & Nicolaides pathology bill is due. Looked legit, and I had recently had blood work done, but my phone flagged it as a scam and moved the message to blocked. After reading these comments I am glad I didn't respond. Dodgy!!!

Sent me this today (all uppercase): CHANGING DEFAULT WILL BE MET WITH IMMEDIATE TERMINATION. BUT NOT REALLY. STILL DO NOT CHANGE DEFAULT, SEARCH YOUR STORE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Clearly looking for a reply to work out what was meant. DO NOT RESPOND. They will then know your number is connected. JUST DELETE and move on.

Says it's Foxtel. Says my bill is overdue,but as my account is direct debit it simply can't be overdue. I've checked my account and nothing overdue. It's a scam. But they know all the details, name, amount of my bill and the last 3 numbers of my card. All very convincing.
