Was SMS warning of "suspicious account activity Additional verification required" Link to what is allegedly a Westpac account verification site. Mostly likely a fraud as we do not bank with Westpac. Bank informed. Suggest avoid

Yeah, just got the same text message. "Unusual login attempt. Identity verification is required" Then a web link to connect to with NAB.
Because of previous posts here I knew it was bs. Thanks you previous posts.

Same as user below. 'Suspicious account activity' alleged by 'Westpac'. Definitely fraudulent. Do not reply. Do not go to website. Do not give out any personal or your account details under any circumstances.

Also pretending to be westpac, asking for account verification. Not a westpac customer
